Amplity Health has an opportunity for a National Program Leader to oversee an embedded pharmaceutical sales team. National Program Leader

The National Program Leader (NPL) is responsible for the successful performance and partnership with our client and our overall team's success. The NPL collaborates closely with multiple stakeholders and is our client's resolute business partner. The NPL has responsibility for the performance standards for all employees ensuring program goals, metrics and financial measurements are achieved or exceeded. The NPL oversees various aspects of an employee's employment experiences. The National Program Leader collaborates closely with the client sales management and leadership to support all Client program goals, removing barriers for successful achievement of desired results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of embedded Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives, Virtual Sales Specialist, and a Sales Manager to achieve and/or exceed revenue targets.
  • Interact daily with our client's field managers and other leadership members to ensure a cohesive and successful partnership and programs success.
  • Manage Representatives expense report approvals, performance appraisals, field coaching reports, performance improvement plans, interviewing and hiring field sales representatives and other employee related duties as needed.
  • Manage budgets and provide ongoing reporting to human resources, leadership, and team.
  • Communicate team objectives in ways that promote teamwork and a sense of shared goals among team members.
  • Facilitate required meetings.
  • Evaluate employee territory performance and monitor productivity, metrics, workload, and output, while ensuring compliance with policies and processes and addressing issues through corrective action process as they arise.
  • Ensures all candidate Interviews and hired employees are managed in an EEO compliant manner.
  • Maintain required technical and product expertise including competitive knowledge.
  • Good understanding of and full compliance with all laws, regulations and Amplity Solutions Policies, Code of Conduct, all privacy and data guidelines, relevant state and federal laws and regulations, and terms and conditions prescribed in the Sample Administration Agreements and PDMA Guidelines.
  • Successfully complete all required Client and product training.

Education, Skills, and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.
  • Pharmaceutical sales experience needed
  • A minimum of 3+ years pharmaceutical leadership experience on a regional or national level required, 5+ years or more preferred.
  • Strong administrative and collaboration skills required
  • Compliance focused
  • Effective time management and organization skills required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • biologics experience a plus
  • GI experience preferred
  • Immunology experience highly preferred.
  • Launch experiences a strong plus
  • Specialty Pharmacy experience preferred
  • Residence near a major airport.
  • A valid US driver's license with a safe driving record required.
  • Willingness to travel nationally as needed
