We manage a diverse portfolio of products and strategic programs that expertly deliver the right solutions across all customer segments, sizes, geographic locations and engagement preferences. As the nation's largest EE program, PG&E is helping to transform markets, set building codes and appliance standards and be the marker by which all other utilities are measured. This position is within PG&E's Non-Residential Energy Efficiency Programs team in the Energy Efficiency group, supporting our Strategic Energy Management (SEM) Programs that serve non-residential customers (business). Position Summary The Senior Program Manager will work closely with the SEM Lead Program Manager to support the operations of the SEM Program, and the implementation and operational success of any changes and enhancements to the SEM workflow within Energy Insight (EI). Responsibilities typically include some or most of the following in support of the SEM program to ensure attainment of program metrics objectives.
This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. The preferred work location is Oakland, CA. PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of thejob posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will bebased on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience,market value, geographic location, and internal equity.Although we estimatethe successful candidate hiredinto this rolewill beplaced between the entry point and the middle of the range, the decisionwill be made on a case-by-casebasis related tothese factors.This job is also eligible to participate inPG&E's discretionary incentive compensation programs.
