Who we're looking for

Toyota'sHuman ResourcesDepartment is looking for a passionate and highly motivatedBattery PMO (Project Management Office) Senior Analyst.

The primary responsibility of this role is to support the coordination of project-related activities to ensure a successful start of operations for the battery business at Toyota.

Reporting to the Battery PMO Consultant, the person in this role will support the Human Resource department's objective to successfully start battery operations in North America while supporting innovation that can enhance all North American manufacturing operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and facilitate Battery Manufacturing PMO strategic projects, reporting, weekly status meetings, and KPI management framework(s) to ensure PMO effectiveness.

  • Provide ongoing leadership, problem-solving, and escalation, when needed, to resolve project progress impediments.

  • Lead cross-functional meetings and initiatives as defined by the Battery PMO Leadership.

  • Manage Battery Manufacturing PMO processes associated with project management protocols and support Local Battery Operations where needed.

  • Responsible for leading various projects and supporting ad-hoc requests as determined during the progress of battery plant standup procedures.

What you bring

  • Bachelor of Business degree or higher.

  • Large-scale project management or program management experience.

  • Progressive project management experience (long and short term projects).

  • Cross-functional team leadership experience.

What you may bring

  • PMP (project management professional) Certification.

  • Manufacturing experience.

  • Toyota experience.

  • Microsoft Project or similar systems experience.

  • Workday or similar systems experience.

  • Lead or support of manufacturing or similar startup operation.
