Scheller College of Business undergraduate program ranked top 20 in the nation for a third year in a row (U.S. News & World Report). The Evening MBA program was recognized as No. 1 in the state (U.S. News & World Report), and the Jones MBA Career Center remained top five in the world for the sixth year in a row (The Financial Times). In addition, Scheller's undergraduate and MBA specialties in business analytics, information systems, operations, and supply chain were ranked top 10 in the nation (U.S. News & World Report).

Job Summary

Supervise and monitor the day-to-day operations for Evening MBA Recruiting program, including budget and financial responsibility. Responsible for setting employee goals, assessing employee performance and providing feedback, and making pay recommendations.

Supervise MBA Recruiting Manager

Official oversight and execution of MBA recruitment strategy

Program enrollment goal-setting

Job Duty 6 -
Manage the interview training, application and decision processes, internal and external data integrity and reporting, and the budget for administrative activities.

Job Duty 7 -
Development of innovations and process improvements

Job Duty 8 -
Recruitment budget oversight

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Required Experience
Five to seven years job related experience

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree
