Your role.

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

* Assist in the coordination and oversight of client on-site activities ensuring completion of scheduled tasks
* Assist PMR SVP in the coordination of specific client needs, priorities, reporting and overall satisfaction
* Write and maintain project plans (including resource planning, developing schedules, documentation, time estimation, and activity sequencing), coordinate, and oversee project participants/vendors to ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget and provide project status updates.

Performs project closeout walk through with the owner and PMR leadership team to verify all items have been moved.

* Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the project, fostering productive working relationships

* Assist with the production of client or Firm deliverables such as proposals, presentations, reports, and spreadsheets
* Create and review client invoices, utilizing hours and expense detail in firm management system
* Responsible for frequent communications with all levels in the organization

The qualifications.
* Bachelors degree required.
* 1-4 years experience working in a project management role, preferably in a skilled trades or construction firm
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects throughout their lifecycles simultaneously while maintaining exceptional client service.
* Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency and to drive consensus.

* Superior verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client service and the ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative while maintaining high confidentiality
* Solid technical proficiency including knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
* Ability to travel within SE Michigan to various client sites with personal vehicle

Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) Information

Compensation is commensurate with technical skills and experience and is provided in accordance with the CO Equal Pay for Equal Work Act.

Compensation information posted is based on a position being located in the state of CO. Please review position location for applicable geographic location.

Colorado monthly base range is as follows:

$5,000.00 to $5,833.33
We are pleased to offer eligible staff a robust benefits package. Eligibility and contribution requirements for some of these benefits vary based on the number of hours staff work per week. Highlights include health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance. These standard offerings are effective on the first of the month following your start date. In addition to this, eligible staff are able to take advantage of our Flexible Time Off and various pre-determined holidays as well as a balance fund, 401(k) plan, flexible benefits plans, business-related travel expense, lodging and meal reimbursement for business-related use. A Pension plan is also available for eligible administrative and paraprofessional staff. A discretionary bonus plan is available for eligible staff. Plante Moran also offers Interns and Contractors the option to elect health insurance under our contingent staff medical plan as of the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment in addition to limited paid time sick time. Seasonal staff are not eligible for benefits.
