The Rover Resource Center is funded through a PHS contract with the California Department of Public Health, Tobacco Prevention Program (CTPP). Supervised by the Academic Program Management Officer, this position is responsible for providing administrative support to Rover staff. Specific duties include but are not limited to managing lists for e-mail newsletters and user passwords; communicating with users who need help accessing the password protected website; scheduling meetings, distributing agendas, and taking notes; and providing clerical support to the Rover staff. Contact with resource center users is primarily through e-mail, text, and telephone.
