Senior Data Analyst (Flex Home/Office)

Primary Accountabilities:

• Takes ownership of initiative analysis and delivers that information company-wide to provide transparency into digital performance.
• Ensures analysis and reporting accuracy and integrity and explains performance drivers and provides insights into performance trends.
• Communicates findings to various stakeholders and leadership with recommendations for actions to address business changes, trends, and issues.
• Develop and defines standard analytics and reporting governance and communication and ensures adherence to standards.
• Manages and operates a wide variety of analytical programs.
• Lead the improvement and automation of all digital analytics programs through various platforms.
• Supports and executes the analytical needs of throughout the enterprise.
• Processes, manipulates, and investigates large and complex datasets.
• Explores data to identify new attributes and determine best approach to address business issues.
• Develops tools or dashboards to monitor and evaluate performance.

An ideal candidate would have:

• Google Cloud Platform experience and using BigQuery preferred.
• Strong data visualization and tool development experience with Looker, Tableau or Looker Studio is preferred.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to work in business programming languages (Python, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience in leading through ambiguity and change management efforts.

In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from the following office location: Madison, WI 53783 or Boston, MA 02110.
