Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Agile teams to design, develop, integrate, and manage Echo's large scale data solutions including data storage, data modeling, ETL, data querying, and reporting
• Share your passion for staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies, participating in internal & external technology communities, mentoring other members of the data engineering community
• Work with both on-prem data environment and deliver robust cloud-based solutions.
• Lead in the research, evaluation, operational usage and building of relational and non sql solutions
• Utilize programming languages like .Net, Python, T-SQL, RDBMS, Open Source and NoSQL databases, Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and a variety of AWS tools and services

.Position Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional data engineering experience (Internship experience does not apply)
• 5+ years of experience in at least one of the following languages: Python, T-SQL, PostgresSQL. (Experience with OOP languages is preferred but not required.)1+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service
• 2+ years of experience in Open Source frameworks
• 2+ years of experience in Agile practices
• 1 - 3 years of experience with reporting tools such as SSRS, PowerBI, Tableau

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent years of experience.
• Experience with AWS Aurora\Redshift
