Position overview:

As the Director of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies for Teladoc Health's telehealth business (general medicine, primary care, nutrition, and dermatology). In this role, you will increase brand awareness and deliver on annual new customer, visit and revenue targets across direct mail, email, site, phone and paid media channels.

After a momentous period of adoption and growth for telehealth, this role will act as the general manager for utilization of our products. You will unlock growth from new products, channels and segments. Leveraging data-driven segmentation, personalization and pricing strategies, you will drive a robust test and learn agenda to increase conversion rates and efficiency of significant marketing investment. You will lead a talented team of marketers and collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, clinical, product, finance and operations teams to achieve our ambitious growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive, data-driven growth strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual registration, visit and revenue targets.
  • Manage marketing budgets, forecast and KPIs, regularly reporting performance to senior leadership.
  • Lead, mentor and inspire a team of growth marketers, providing guidance and support to drive on-time campaign execution.
  • Utilize analytics and insights to shape marketing strategies, optimize campaigns, channels and tactics for maximum ROI and performance.
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and product development, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
  • Develop segmentation, targeting, and propensity models to allow us to reach our members where they are with the right message and at the right time.
  • Lead development of new creative, messaging and value propositions to reach diverse mix of audiences and personas.
  • Chart a robust test and learn agenda, leveraging A/B and multivariate methodologies to deliver results as well as insights for the rest of the team.
  • Perform research to glean insights and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Test novel opportunities, using proof of concept validation before taking key learnings to expand.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, working with internal and external agencies, to activate unified messaging across channels and increase brand consideration.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years proven track record of success in growth marketing roles.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with track record building and inspiring high-performing teams.
  • Extensive knowledge of direct mail, phone and digital marketing channels including email, site optimization and performance media.
  • Experience managing and optimizing significant marketing investment.
  • Ability to define marketing KPIs and break them down into their underlying drivers to understand and influence performance.
  • Master of hypothesis driven A/B, MVT and incrementality testing with the ability to analyze test result data to tease out learnings and insights to inform future testing.
  • Understanding of what makes effective and strong direct response creative across a variety of formats with a framework to keep adjusting and learning based on experimentation.
  • Strategic thinker able to breakdown and organize problems, assess opportunity areas, and develop big ideas and priorities to move the business forward.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively across functions and levels of the organization.
  • Ability to move fast and flexibly, juggling multiple projects with the trustworthiness to execute on schedule at high-velocity and attention-to-detail.

The base salary range for this position is $170,000 - $190,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: . Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
