RingCentral, Inc. is seeking a seasoned ethics and compliance professional (JD or MBA/compliance professional) with direct public sector compliance experience to help drive RingCentral's ethics and compliance growth with a particular emphasis on the public sector space. The position will refine and administer the company's public sector compliance program to meet all applicable federal, state, and local requirements. This individual must be a strong strategic thinker, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a maturing and fast-paced environment. This position reports into our Chief Compliance Officer but will work closely with the public sector legal team. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of related ethics and compliance and public sector compliance experience. Responsibilities:

If you are hired in Belmont or Washington the compensation range for this position is between $160,000 and $215,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits.
