Who we are looking for: Atkore, a recipient of a Great Place to Work certification and Top Workplaces USA award, is searching for a Manufacturing Supervisor to be based out of Kokomo, IN. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this person will be responsible for supervising hourly production employees to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost Metrics and improve the operational performance of the facility.
