Responsibilities

Job Summary: The Risk Adjustment and Quality Measure Analyst possesses a deep expertise in CMS Medicare Advantage Risk Adjustment, STAR Measure reporting, and HEDIS reporting oversight. Will ensure the precision of risk score calculations, prediction tools, STAR measure reporting, and the accuracy of HEDIS engine outputs. This role is pivotal in shaping business insights, spearheading both internal and external reporting efforts, and refining our risk adjustment documentation gap logic.


Qualifications

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a pertinent field (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Business, Data Analytics). Advanced degree favored.
  • Three (3) years of experience in CMS Medicare Advantage Risk Adjustment, STAR Measure reporting, and HEDIS engine oversight preferred.
  • Mastery in data analytics and visualization tools and software (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau, R).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in explaining intricate data lucidly to a diverse audience.
  • Detail-oriented with an ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Current with emerging trends and technologies in risk adjustment, healthcare analytics, quality measure reporting, and HEDIS measures.
