We are actively seeking an experienced Program Manager (PM) with a diverse set of program leadership skills to help drive the day-to-day programmatic activity related to the execution and successful delivery of awarded production-based business as part of Draper's Electronic Systems' production program management team. Scope of Responsibilities: The Program Manager (PM) will lead custom microcircuit production programs as assigned within the Draper Electronics System Business Unit. The PM will be accountable for execution and on-time successful delivery of Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition production programs having a combined value of $25M+ per year. Required Programmatic Scope: The PM will be expected to drive the direction and provide the leadership and oversight that ensures:
