Position Summary:

In this role, you will work with a cross functional team, gain first-hand analyst experience, learn a business process, identify improvements, design, build and/or implement a digital or automation solution for a specific problem or process to improve business productivity. You will be a part of the Division IT team, network with adept IT professionals and gain exposure to Agile work management. Typically, the technology you may work on, for building a digital app will be MS365 power platform or UIPath RPA for automation or implementing an industry recognized parker enterprise standard application for the Chomerics division

Essential Functions:

  1. Engage with a cross functional team to elicit requirements from functional stakeholders
  2. Research, Innovate and Optimize the business process or problem solve
  3. Define user stories, design or formulate a solution
  4. Build an app or RPA or configure and implement an enterprise standard solution depending on the requirement at hand
  5. Test, train the super users and increase user adoption of the solution
  6. Summarize and present the project outcome.

Qualifications:

  1. Currently enrolled in, or completed degree in related field, such as: Computer Science, Information Technology or related degree
  2. Candidate shall have completed sophomore year with a overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  3. Ability to work in person from June 2024 - August 2024 full-time.
  4. Ability to grasp and quickly learn a new IT technology
  5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  6. Curiosity and ability to break down and solve problems through analytical and quantitative skills
  7. Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations
  8. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  9. Proficiency in MSOffice applications
  10. Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident
