Job Summary and QualificationsUnder the direction of the HRVP, the Employee Experience Specialist will lead culture strategies and execute culture and engagement activities under the supervisor of HRVP and other members of the Senior Management Team. POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction of the HRVP, the Employee Experience Specialist will lead culture strategies and execute culture and engagement activities under the supervisor of HRVP and other members of the Senior Management Team. What you will do in this role? * Performs administrative duties and special projects for the Senior Management Team as deemed necessary. * Maintains strict confidentiality of sensitive material or information related to staff members or Hospital/Department operations. Maintains Administrative facility policies and procedures. * Monitor and prepare employee engagement survey data to present to members of Senior Management. Work in tandem with Human Resources to assist departments in preparation for annual engagement surveys. * Continually monitor internal feedback from employees & leaders to ensure we are providing the best experience possible. * Drive the strategic direction of experiences and events, including management of events, implementation of new experiences and oversight of budget and deadlines. Responsible for ordering/coordinating events, venues, prizes, banquet as needed for each event held throughout the year Clear Lake and Mainland, as directed by HRVP and/or Senior Management Team. * Collects and assembles data for various projects as assigned. * Work closely with HR business partners in implementing and enhancing programs * supporting people from a wide range of backgrounds on a diverse team. * Handles contacts with vendors tactfully and professionally. Maintains a professional work ethic, appearance and demeanor. * Supportive of the Ethics and Compliance programs set forth by HCA demonstrated * Upholds code of conduct. * Enforces all ethics and compliance policies as they pertain to his/her area. * Demonstrates excellent customer service at all times. * Demonstrates commitment to HCA's Standards of Excellence at all times. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS. * Bachelor's Degree required. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * One (1) to three (3) years' experience with hospital, healthcare background, * professional office setting is a 530+ bed hospital where sophisticated, world-class medicine meets the comfort, care and convenience of a community hospital.
