Position Summary:

Responsibilities: Essential Duties

  • Managing technical team supporting Microsoft Office365 collaboration services (Exchange Online, Teams, Power Platform, SharePoint) in a global organization
  • Familiar with Microsoft Multi-Geo configurations and Role Based Access controls for delegated scoped administration for O365 services
  • Extensive experience collaborating with non-technical business users to determine specific business requirements and work with technical team to implement IT services related to Collaboration services
  • Strong project management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences.
  • Strong business-to-technology translation skills are essential for identifying ways to apply solutions to help clients increase business value and performance.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication.
  • Experience in Office 365 Exchange Online administration (domains, policies, rules, retention, etc.)
  • Experience provisioning and maintaining Office 365 user accounts/licenses, Exchange mailboxes, groups, rooms, resources, etc.
  • Experience in mail flow troubleshooting including message tracking and routing, mail filtering, spam administration, calendar/mail syncing troubleshooting, rules.
  • Experience and expertise in PowerShell scripting to support the automation of administration functions (user account licensing, policies, reporting, etc.)
  • Experience with monitoring of Office 365 service health, removal of user accounts, and management of service
  • Experience with email security tools such as Cisco Ironport, DMARC tools is a plus.
  • Experience with mail archiving, journaling, retention, litigation hold, and e-Discovery functionality and solutions. Experience with solutions such as Microsoft eDiscovery Purvue Premium and Veritas Enterprise Vault solutions
  • Experience integrating mail/calendar functionality with other business solutions a plus (Salesforce, fax system, etc.)
  • Knowledge in supporting other mail platforms such as IBM Lotus Notes/Domino is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Lotus Notes/Domino development and application migration a plus.
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management platforms (such as VMware/Airwatch/Intune) and managing Office 365 services on mobile devices.
  • Working knowledge of Apple iOS and Android mobile devices and Macbook is a plus
  • Experience working with telecom providers for mobile devices cellular services
  • Experience in the Microsoft Power Platform - MS PowerApps, MS Power Automate (Flow), Power BI and Power virtual agents
  • Knowledge automating business processes with Microsoft Power Automate/ Flow.
  • Guide and mentor technical teams.
  • Oversee and participate in the design, development and implementation of technology.
  • Establish a technical vision for complex, enterprise projects.
  • Sponsor and drive projects, identify risks, and align priorities.
  • Key point of contact for internal customers as it relates to technical solutions.
  • Identify technical risks and platform limitations based on user requirements.
  • Involvement in the planning, analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and management of solutions.
  • Ability to present technical concepts across multiple levels of an organization.
  • Assist System Analysts, Network Administrators, and the helpdesk deskside support group with technical support issues.
  • Perform technology vendor selection and analysis.
  • Monitor activities of and coordinates activities with service providers, partners and vendors for installation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Adheres to system validation plans as required to meet corporate business needs and support the company's GxP validation requirements.

The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 10-12 years related experience required.
  • Applicable industry/professional certification preferred.
  • Regular and predictable attendance
  • Frequent business travel required, Ability to work non-standard schedule as needed, On-call hours as needed

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms.
