The Solutions and Consultants Manager will build sales revenue through uncovering and developing opportunities directly through end-users, consultants and architects within the IN, OH, MI, KY and Western PA regions. This position will require extensive sales experience, including the ability to evaluate, coordinate, educate, and manage the needs of end users accounts to fulfill high-demand/high-volume projects in commercial markets. The role requires an understanding of AV application including signal path and basic systems application and design. The position will place emphasis on building long-term relationships, identification and leverage of new opportunities and emerging trends which include all Legrand AV Division (AVD) brands. The Solutions & Consultants Manager will work closely with the team of Legrand sales professionals to identify and build close working relationships and opportunity coordination through cooperation and building trust. The Solutions & Consultants Manager may have a focused vertical market or application they drive within the Zone.
MAIN STRATEGIC INITIATIVES
Directly manage Targeted end user accounts, Consultants and Architects Develop and implement specifications regional strategy
Vertical focus based on AVD evaluations: Gov't. Broadcast, Higher-Ed, House of Worship, Transportation, Hospitality, Financial and vertical application -Digital signage / Control Rooms Partner with Legrand AVD Marketing Team Team with key integrators for end user alignment
DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Partner with Legrand AVD TSM and Brand drivers regarding all opportunities developed throughout the process Provide strategic input leading to the development of new product applications and/or new product-development opportunities Coordinate between brand experts to assist in demonstration, specifications and opportunity success Clearly communicate needed marketing and sales-support collateral and programs to the appropriate internal resources for potential development/implementation Develop and perform quarterly strategic sales plans and monthly "pipeline" forecasts
Maintain a working knowledge of the all products to answer the majority of the day to day questions. Maintain accurate and timely reporting of information to ensure that both the customer and the Company are provided with the information they need to best perform their jobs Accomplish other assignments or projects assigned by management Work across all Legrand companies to maximize customer opportunities and solutions provided Understand workplace hazards and take steps to proactively prevent and report hazards or injuries in the workplace. Cooperate in safety programs, initiatives, and investigations.

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Solid working knowledge of Professional Audio Visual and Video / Audio systems Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills Good computer and database skills with proficiency in using the internet and Microsoft Office suite of software including Word, Excel and Outlook (or related e-mail system) Ability to operate/work in a high growth & entrepreneurial environment Motivated, self-starter who desires success Demonstrated ability to be customer focused and responsive to questions and needs

Minimum Education and Experience Required:
Minimum Five (5) years in Sales Experience in the AV / IT / Audio- Video, preferred in the AV / IT Industries sales channel, and experience working directly with end users. Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience (5 years) preferred in AV / IT industry

Must be able to provide for a safe home office working environment Must be available for extended, varied work hours based on business need
