We are currently seeking a BPO Business System Analysis Specialist to join our team in Quincy, Massachusetts (US-MA), United States (US).

BPO Senior Business System Analysis Specialist

Pay range for this role is $70K - $75K annual salary depending on experience.

Basic Qualifications

5 Years: QA Testing-Healthcare Systems

5 Years: experience with Edifecs

5 Years: of working within Federal and State agencies

5 Years: working with and adjudicating EDI files

Responsibilities

  • Managing and supporting assigned EDI Accounts
  • Review daily processing for each assigned EDI Account to resolve errors
  • Ensure Quarterly Enrollment Synchronization Files are received on time
  • Resolve File issues in a timely manner, and escalate when needed based on guidelines
  • Follow up with Accounts on outstanding issues / requests in a timely manner
  • Manage the Open Enrollment renewal process for each assigned EDI Account
  • Facilitate and manage setting up new EDI Account Trading Partners including:
  • Facilitate conference calls for specific account information
  • Ensure Trading Partner has start up documentation
  • Send out Initial Conference call summary and attach the completed questionnaire
  • Perform End to End Format and Data testing of files, and assist with resolving errors
  • Manage test case repository to ensure all testing steps are completed
  • Work with Technical team to ensure Account has been set up
  • Obtain appropriate approvals for going live
  • Send out internal and external notifications when Account is ready for EDI
  • Once live, review check list to ensure nightly processing ran without error
  • Review daily error reports and to ensure all issues are resolved

Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday (08:30am to 05:30pm EST). The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend's basis business requirement.
