At New Holland Agriculture, the Regional Sales Director is a passionate and results-driven leader responsible for overseeing the sales and distribution of agriculture and construction equipment wholegoods, and parts and service, by providing strategy and vision to the field team. The successful RSD thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and when faced with increasingly complex challenges, readily provides well supported solutions.

Candidate should be located Southern region of United States, preferrably somewhere between Texas and Georgia.



Responsibilities

    Set the regional sales plans for execution with focus on share of market, gross margin, revenue and wholesale targets.
  • Identify market changes, competitor strategies, industry trends, sudden shifts, market loss, to develop and/or adjust marketing plans to capitalize on identified opportunities.
  • Partner with network (dealer) development, CNH Capital, sales operations and other cross-functional groups to collect dealer financial data, produce individual dealer financial plans and national benchmarks, and identify irregularities and opportunities to build and sustain a profitable dealer network.
  • Work with dealer network on not only optimizing their current markets, but cover additional key markets through acquisition and expansion.
  • Engage, develop and empower the sales organization through clear expectations, meaningful feedback and coaching for exceptional success.

This position is also eligible for a company vehicle.

The salary offered for this position will most likely fall between $118,000 and $157,250 annually. (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Business Management, Economics, Finance or similar
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience consumer goods through wholesale dealer channel, with demonstrated financial acumen, sales forecasting, and adherence to sales strategy and consistent delivery to stated objectives
