The Case Sales Specialist is a highly customer focused and action oriented individual. This person will go above and beyond to understand the needs of the end customer and dealer. You will go about supporting the dealer sales team through consistent customer engagement, sharing of product knowledge and the understanding of practical applications.

The ideal location for this candidate is within the states of Ohio or Kentucky.



Responsibilities

    Develops dealer sales product knowledge.
  • Drive sales growth of current & future customers
  • Supports unit sales through pre-sales and/or post sales technical consulting activities.

  • Partners with CASE territory leader and dealer to implement/execute sales strategy.

  • Articulates the voice of customer needs to multiple internal stakeholders.

  • Defines, prioritizes, and develops strategies to maximize retail units and market share gains for target dealers.

  • Review retail forecasts, inventory management, retail program activity and competitive pressures in targeted dealer areas.

  • Provides strategic support to Network Development to ensure a robust and financially viable Dealer Network.

  • Identifies and builds strong business relationships with dealers and other customers to generate new business and meet customer needs.

  • Other related duties as assigned.

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $108,000 annually
(Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)



Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree with at least two (2) years of experience in heavy equipment, construction or agricultural sales
OR
* Associate degree with at least five (5) years years of experience in heavy equipment, construction or agricultural sales
OR
* HS Diploma with at least seven (7) years of experience in heavy equipment, construction or agricultural sales
