Avature/Applicant Tracking System Administrator

KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Avature/Application Tracking Systems Administrator to join our Digital Nexus organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage system administration for Avature (ATS, CRM and related portals, including Careers sites) including but not limited to change request analysis; configuration (workflows, offer letters, forms, views, integrations/triggers and portal administration); testing; and process documentation
  • Lead small-to-medium projects involving recruitment technologies; responsibilities as project lead include requirements gathering, analysis, scoping, communication with stakeholders and project-related documentation
  • Contribute to larger-scale projects involving recruitment technologies, which may include leading specific workstreams
  • Serve as subject matter expert for backend configuration and recruiting data
  • Assist Talent Acquisition Operational Support team in handling support cases (break-fix issues, administrative assistance requests, data requests, general questions)
  • Provide occasional system training

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of experience in recruiting technology system implementation, support, testing, analysis and/or design experience; Avature experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience in related field
  • Experience with gathering and documenting business requirements and producing process and training documentation for recruiting systems
  • Excellent customer service skills with experience working issues related to recruiting systems and acting as a strategic partner to recruiting clients
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical skills and methodical testing skills with the ability to work independently, take initiative and communicate effectively with leadership and stakeholders
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
