To connect with us, visitwww.gannett.com OPERATIONS SUPPORT CLERK Gannett Publishing Services $13.50 hour Job Purpose: Answer and respond to customer emails, perform data entry and locate, print or upload production reports along with other operation support duties. Key Responsibilities: Answer telephone and resolve internal and customer concerns and/or questions and respond to customers (internal and external) in a timely Monitor email requests and ensure all supporting documents are available in upload locations. Print production planning documents as needed for scheduled production runs. Keep track of production scheduling to ensure paperwork available for all scheduled runs. Support packaging planning for multiple publications. Accountabilities: Area of Influence. Indicate the positions primary area of responsibility (e.g., Head of a Business Unit, Department, etc.). Requirements: Indicate the education level, previous experience, specific knowledge, skills and abilities required to meet the minimum entry-level requirements Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience required: Data Entry, computer literacy and Customer Service experience Specialized Knowledge Required or Preferred: Bilingual skills preferred.
