Strategic Commercial Support

Classification: Non-Exempt / Non-Bargaining

Position may be located in Roseville, CA; Lenexa, KS: Mattoon, IL; Gibsonia, PA; Conroe, TX; Mankato MN.

Reports for work remotely from their primary residence. (subject to change based on the needs of the business). Candidate must be able to work a AM shift.

This position is responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction, customer retention, and revenue by effectively supervising and improving the customer experience, providing "cradle to the grave" support for our premier strategic customers. This includes providing support for all over-the-top products, account center, Type II carrier tickets, and monitoring of mailbox and trouble tickets for strategic customers. As well, position must work closely with other internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner

HS diploma/GED

6 months phone support experience preferred.

Experience working a customer service field preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns and overcome objections.

Strong work ethic and self-starter- able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change with a fast-paced business environment.

Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone.

Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly

Must have adequate internet connect to perform the necessary job duties. (No satellite internet)

Must have a secluded office space.
