The Internationalization team is focused on bringing the power of WHOOP to new markets. Faced with the challenges of complex design and language translation, the team aims to arm WHOOP with a best in class product experience that reaches people of all cultures across the world. Through the power of our language and translation we can provide industry leading insights into their health and wellness.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build internationalization standards and frameworks leveraged across software teams.
  • Develop critical RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Work directly with Product, Marketing, and Member Services teams to launch our company into new markets.
  • Develop internationalization tools for developers to create a first in class development experience.
  • Work closely with other infrastructure teams on distributed systems such as Kafka and Kubernetes.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • You are experienced collaborating with product and design teams.
  • You have a high degree of ownership for the features you build and ship to customers.
  • Enthusiasm for the latest and greatest tools and technologies.
  • Skillset to develop and mentor coding best practices.
  • You make data driven decisions.

This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
