In your role as Salesforce Developer, you'll manage the Salesforce needs
with a heavy focus on maintaining a well-structured database that productively supports our need for client information and activity tracking. You'll own day-to-day Salesforce.com management and operational assistance, with all system enhancement requests routing to you on our Salesforce Sales environment.

While the Sales teams will likely benefit the most from your efforts, you'll also play an instrumental role supporting our Client management and Marketing teams. Your contributions will make a big difference as you help us define processes and establish efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Perform all day-to-day activities within Salesforce.com, including managing the architecture, developing workflows, triggers and validation rules, etc.
  • Develop high-quality, scalable applications with Visual force, Apex, and Lightning frameworks (Aura and/or LWC), as well as declarative- and configuration-driven development.
  • Work in the Salesforce.com development environment which includes custom objects, workflows, triggers, SOQL & SOSL.
  • Collaborate with other teams as needed to successfully manage the integrations with downstream systems using REST APIs , Bulk APIs & Metadata APIs.
  • Support operational issues, be part of short and long-term projects in an agile environment
  • Work in a fast-paced team environment following Agile Scrum Methodologies

Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years' experience in software development
  • 3+ years' experience in Salesforce application development and administration, preferably in Sales cloud.
  • Proficiency with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, VisualForce, Relational Databases and JavaScript
  • Previous experience in integrating other systems with Salesforce
  • Core knowledge in Sales and Marketing domains
  • Exposure to Sales operations
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • A self-starter approach, with excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
  • A reliable, responsive attitude toward delivering results and maintaining keen focus
  • Energy and enthusiasm for excelling in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company
  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Nice to have:

  • Salesforce CPQ or other pricing tool experience
  • Managed package experience (Marketo, Ocitv/Conga, Docusign, OwnBackup, Outlook Integration)
  • Health Plan or Insurance industry experience
  • Exposure to CLMS (Apttus)

The base salary range for this position is $82,000 - $125,000.In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for performance bonus, RSU's, and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
