Organizational Transformation and Change Consultant

It's why we're looking for someone like you-an organizational transformation and change consultant who can identify long term goals and create the processes needed to achieve them.

This is an opportunity to create efficiency in organizational change. As an organizational transformation and change consultant, you'll use your expertise to help your team assess how alterations will impact business processes and design to develop a change strategy. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, your team will provide your client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.

You Have:

• 1+ years of experience with cultural change or organizational transformation

• 1+ years of experience with client facilitation

• Experience with planning and executing large projects with stakeholders

• Knowledge of executing trainings and events

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Clearance:
