The Business Analyst will support the Directors and Senior Director with Business Analytics, Business Intelligence and data capturing of pertinent information that will help drive and impact Service Level Agreement performance and No Facility Left Behind (NFLB) Client initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

Gather information for project-related research; analyze that information; and produce reports based on the analyses
Produce daily accounts receivable reports (i.e. AR days, Aging reports, Payments, Adjustments, DNFB, Average Daily Gross Revenue, Gross AR Days) analyze, and provide recommendations for improvements
Provide status reporting to Sr. Directors, Directors, and operational Vice Presidents
Participate in management meetings related to intelligence reporting
AR and System Project management and implementation
Prioritize, plan, and track project progress

Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree
5 or more years of experience in healthcare data reporting (preferably in hospital back office setting)
Superior business analytic and business intelligence aptitude experience
Experience creating and producing multiple reports from multiple data sets to support daily operations
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of hospital systems MS4, Invision, and or QED
Experience working in a hospital setting
Access and SQL proficiency
Soft Skills:

Ability to facilitate meetings with executive level leadership both internally and externally
Implement the recommendations of intelligence reporting and management in conjunction with individual business leaders
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to multitask
