Primary Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements documents
Develop technical specifications and design documents
Program analytics to detect fraud, waste, abuse and error in healthcare claims

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience programming healthcare payment integrity analytics and working with large data sets
Ability to demonstrate knowledge and experience in medical coding concepts (CPT, ICD-9 / 10 coding, HCPCS and DRGs)
2+ years of advanced level proficiency in SQL programming
2+ years of professional experience in a large, enterprise environment
Preferred Qualifications:

Medical claim billing/coding experience or certification (AAPC/CPC)
Oracle PL/SQL coding experience
