NASCAR Productions seeks a talented professional to join our team in the position of Assistant, Business Development & Operations based in our Charlotte, NC office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Prepares sales presentations by compiling data, developing presentation formats and materials.

Provides sales vs. projection results by analyzing sales reports.

Initiates and manages all billing functions for the department including opening work orders, tracking project status and reviewing budgets for projects.

Works with legal team to prepare and issue contracts for projects.

Maintain client database.

Assist with preparation of sales quotations for client projects requests

Provide backup coverage for departmental vacations, etc.

Required Travel: up to 10%, including weekends.

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to multitask on numerous projects, prioritizing what is the most important based on deadline or client needs

Must be well organized and be flexible to shifting priorities.

Must be a self-starter

Analytical problem solvers who can work independently and meet deadlines

Attention to detail

Must be able to receive and follow directions

Ability to build professional relationships

Weekend and evening on-call support required

Understanding of sales contracts

Knowledge of television production procedures


Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school with focus on business administration; or one and half (1.5) years related experience and/or training in business administration; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
